Where are you located and where do you ship from?

We are proudly based in Nashua, New Hampshire, USA. All watch parts and custom timepieces are inspected, assembled, and shipped directly from our NH studio to ensure the highest quality and fast domestic delivery.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all custom-built watches. This covers mechanical defects of the movement. For watch parts, we guarantee they arrive in perfect condition and meet the specifications listed

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Watch Parts: Can be returned within 70 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
Custom Builds: Due to the personalized nature of "built-to-order" watches, these items are generally non-refundable. However, if there is a functional issue, we will fix it under our warranty.

Can I request a specific design that isn't on your website?

Absolutely! We love custom projects. If you have a specific vision or want a particular combination of parts, please contact us at support@modwatchworld.com. Our NH-based watchmakers will work with you to bring your dream watch to life.

How can I customize my own watch on your website?

We offer two seamless ways to start your custom journey:

Start from Scratch: You can go directly to our Custom Design Studio to select your case, dial, hands, and movement from the ground up.

Inspiration-Led DIY: While browsing our Watch Parts & Accessories, you can click the "Choose Base & Design Now " button on any component page to jump into the design interface with that specific part already selected.

Whether you want us to build it for you or you're buying parts for your own project, we make the process intuitive and professional.

Are your custom watches water-resistant?

Our custom timepieces are designed for daily water resistance, easily handling activities such as hand washing, splashes, or light rain. However, we strictly do not recommend wearing your watch in hot showers, saunas, or for swimming. High temperatures and steam can compromise the waterproof seals, and prolonged submersion can impact the long-term precision and lifespan of the mechanical movement.
