TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by ModWatchWorld. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ModWatchWorld. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 – CUSTOM WORK & MODIFICATIONS
ModWatchWorld specializes in custom-built timepieces and high-quality modification parts.

Hand-Assembly: All custom watches are hand-assembled and tested in our studio located in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Parts Compatibility: While we provide premium parts, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility for DIY projects. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation by the customer.

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Origin: All orders are shipped from our facility in Nashua, NH, USA.

Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom-built or DIY-specific projects require an additional 3 business days for assembly and regulation.

Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or incorrect information provided by the buyer.

SECTION 3 – WARRANTY & REPAIRS
We stand behind our craftsmanship.

Warranty: We provide a [e.g., 2-Year] limited warranty on all custom-built watches covering mechanical defects under normal use.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage exceeding the specified rating, or unauthorized third-party modifications.

Service Location: All warranty repairs must be sent to our New Hampshire studio.

SECTION 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MODDING
ModWatchWorld provides independent modification services. We are not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by any major watch brands (such as Seiko, Rolex, etc.) unless explicitly stated. All brand names and trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information. Due to the personalized nature of custom-built watches, specific terms apply to “Built-to-Order” items.

SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States.
