At ModWatchWorld, we take pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. Please review our policy for watch parts and custom timepieces below:

1. Watch Parts & Accessories
7-Day Quality Guarantee: If you receive watch parts with clear manufacturing defects or quality issues, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Parts must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify.

Pre-Authorization: Please contact support@modwatchworld.com with photos of the defect before shipping items back.

2. Custom-Built & DIY Watches
No Refunds for Custom Work: Due to the personalized nature of our “built-to-order” watches, these items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange & Warranty: If your custom watch arrives with functional issues or defects, we offer free exchanges or professional repair services under our warranty.

We Cover the Shipping: For any quality-related returns or warranty repairs for custom watches, ModWatchWorld will provide a pre-paid shipping label. We take full responsibility for ensuring your timepiece arrives in perfect working order.

3. Return Process
Email support@modwatchworld.com with your Order Number.

Provide a brief description and photos/videos of the issue.

Once authorized, we will send you the correct return shipping address or a pre-paid label (for custom watch issues).

4. Shipping Address for Returns
Important: Do not send items back to our Nashua office without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The return shipping location may differ from our studio address depending on the fulfillment center used.
