Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.

No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing & Transit Time
Your total delivery time consists of Processing Time (preparing your items) and Transit Time (time in carrier custody).

1. Order Processing Time (Monday – Friday)
Watch Parts & Accessories: 1 – 3 business days.

Custom DIY Watch Orders: 3 – 5 business days (due to assembly and quality testing).

2. Transit Time (Monday – Friday)
Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days.

3. Total Estimated Delivery
Watch Parts: 4 – 8 business days.

Custom DIY Watches: 6 – 10 business days.

Shipping Origin
All orders are professionally handled and shipped directly from our studio in Nashua, New Hampshire, USA. This ensures fast fulfillment and domestic quality control for every customer.

Important Notes:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or public holidays.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Delivery Issues
To ensure efficient processing, please note:

Return Authorization Required: Do not mail returns to our Nashua studio address without prior authorization. Please contact support@modwatchworld.com to receive the correct Return Shipping Address.

Missing Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, contact us with your Order Number. We will open an investigation with the carrier immediately.
