• No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time Your total delivery time includes Order Processing Time (preparing the watch for shipment) and Transit Time (time in carrier custody).

For Customers in the United States

Order Processing Time:

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. Customers may submit a return request within 7 calendar days counting from the date the package is delivered.

Return Requests
To start a return procedure, send an email to our customer service team via support@modwatchworld.com to apply for official return authorization and full return shipping guidelines.
Any parcels sent back without prior written return authorization can be refused by our warehouse.
We do not charge restocking fees for all authorized and qualified return orders.

Return Conditions
All returned goods must stay unused, free of scratches and damage, and retain their original intact state. The full set of original packaging, hang tags and matching accessories must be sent back together.
All clearance discount products are final sales. They cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Refunds
After our warehouse receives and completes inspection of your returned goods, approved refunds will be transferred back to your original payment channel within 5 to 10 business days.
Kindly note that a processing fee ranging from $10 to $15 will be subtracted from your total refund amount if your return request is not caused by product quality defects.
Defective or Wrongly Shipped Items
If you receive a watch or accessory with manufacturing defects, or we send you the wrong item, please email us at support@modwatchworld.com right away and attach clear photos or videos for defect verification.
Once the quality or shipping error is confirmed, we take full responsibility for all return shipping expenses and issue a complete full refund, including the initial shipping fee you paid when placing the order.

Non-Returnable Items
All personalized customized orders and DIY watch assembly orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless verified obvious factory quality faults exist, such as malfunctioning movements or flawed assembly work.
Exchanges
If you intend to exchange your product for another style or model, we recommend you place a brand new separate order for your preferred item first.
After we receive and inspect your original returned watch, we will process the corresponding refund following the rules listed in this refund policy.
All shipping fees generated from exchanges for confirmed defective goods will be covered entirely by us.

Before purchasing watch straps, spring bars and other spare accessories, you may reach out to our customer service to check stock availability and standard shipping rates in advance.

Write down your complete order number in all your service emails and place a note with the order number inside your return package. This allows our team to handle your after-sales request faster and more accurately.
